Grahame was honored to be commissioned to create a dramatic interior for the highly anticipated re-opening of Blue By Eric Ripert, the fine dining restaurant of the luxurious Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Grand Cayman. 

 

Indisputably the Caribbean’s premier restaurant, Blue is Ritz-Carlton’s prized restaurant by famed Manhattan-based chef Eric Ripert, who is known worldwide for his masterful seafood-based cooking.

 

Working with The Johnson Studio, Grahame designed and created a series of chalk-effect drawing murals to adorn the walls of the main dining area and private dining room. He was inspired by old-world nautical maps and used free-hand techniques and wax crayons to bring to life these one-of-a-kind artworks.
