Tampa Marriott Water Street

As part of a $40 million makeover, Grahame was commissioned by Tampa Marriott Water Street to create murals for the hotel’s modern reception area.

Grahame’s artwork would decorate the 45' x 11' feature wall and doors behind the new reception desks. The concept for the mural was for it to look like a watercolor interpretation of moving water. In order to create the desired effect, all colors and tints were especially mixed to suit the client’s color schemes. Grahame created bespoke approval samples before he commenced on the wall art. He used an array of tools to complete the job including spray gun, sponges and brushes with tinted glaze. It was finished in just one week.
